In the next few weeks, I’m going to increasingly focus on sharing prophecies instead of prophetic teaching. The majority of the material I hope to share is related to Watchman prophesy that was received through dreams and daytime seeing in the Spirit.
Several nights ago in a dream, the Spirit showed me two parables of rewards and consequences for individuals and organizations who value or devalue partnerships based on diversity.
The First Parable
In the first parable, I saw there were various land animals living under the water. Already in unlikely circumstances, I saw a snake, a beaver, and a third land animal. Each was breastfeeding on an aquatic mammal. I was shocked to see the animals relate as siblings and family. This parable represented the might power of God that allows unlikely people to not just co-exist but thrive as family.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Matthew 5:9
I hear the Spirit of the Lord say,
“I am coming to reward those of you who have sought partnership with wildly different people. I am coming to reward both the individual and the organization. I have come to reward the organization that builds relationally with nations and groups who have wildly different orientations and callings.
While the World has tempted you to build small, creating alliances only with those who could most directly benefit you, I have called you to build my everlasting Kingdom. You have put on the necessary meekness to have your natures transformed into the character of Christ. You have endured, you have forgiven, you have remained in love with me as your source.
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.
Colossians 3:12
Because you have not loved comfort but have endured to build lasting friendships, the bridges you build will host the weight of my glory.
Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Matthew 7:13-14
I will honor you, for you have known me as the God who builds with Iron, and the God who does not build on sand.
The peace that I extend to your relationships and alliances will shock the world through their weighty solidarity in diversity. Instead of clay and iron that pull apart in testing, you partnerships will hold together in spite of the increasing shaking I am sending on the earth in the next decade.
You will show the world that in my Kingdom,
The wolf will live with the lamb,
Isaiah 11:6-9
the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling[a] together;
and a little child will lead them.
7 The cow will feed with the bear,
their young will lie down together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
8 The infant will play near the cobra’s den,
and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest.
9 They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,
for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord
as the waters cover the sea.“
The Second Parable

In the second part of the dream, I saw two predatory animals fighting over a crab. In the tug of war they waged, they laid bare the crab’s blue flesh under his shell so it was like one bright blue, pre-peeled bite. Pulling him back and forth my the claws, they lost grip and flung him directly in front of a giant grouper. This grouper had been lurking near the scene of the shockingly peaceful land animal-aquatic animal family. He had been waiting for an opportunity for less careful animals to forfeit their reward. The dream ended with the foreshadowing that he was about to consume the crab in one vicious bite. The moral of this parable was, “Resolve your issues amicably or you will lose your reward.”
I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying,
“Over the next several months, I am lifting my favor from organizations and people who have become more like wolves than like my Lamb.
You have been so focused on your selfish reward that you have not bothered to learn surrender. You have absorbed a self-centered capitalist mindset and undervalued the generosity of my grace! You have not mourned your own poverty of Spirit, because you have not noticed it.
You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.
Revelation 3:17
I have longed to restore you to right relationship with me and others, but you were unwilling.
You have valued your own strength and not realized that every good thing you have, I have given you.
“‘But you trusted in your beauty and used your fame to become a prostitute. You lavished your favors on anyone who passed by and your beauty became his. 16 You took some of your garments to make gaudy high places, where you carried on your prostitution. You went to him, and he possessed your beauty.[b]17 You also took the fine jewelry I gave you, the jewelry made of my gold and silver, and you made for yourself male idols and engaged in prostitution with them. 18 And you took your embroidered clothes to put on them, and you offered my oil and incense before them. 19 Also the food I provided for you—the flour, olive oil and honey I gave you to eat—you offered as fragrant incense before them. That is what happened, declares the Sovereign Lord.
Ezekiel 16:15-19
In your desire for conquest and control, you have alienated other predators who have yet to understand my mercy. You have alienated the vulnerable and left them exposed instead of doing the work of my Kingdom. In flesh and offense, you have made the Kingdom far from those who are in great need of it. Your structures are build on the sand of your own performance and human striving. What can I do but allow your self-produced structures to disintegrate? The day of shaking has come, and what you have build will not last in it.
Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. 13But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person’s work has any value.
1 Corinthians 3:13
You will experience what it means to be vulnerable so that you can learn compassion. I have not set my face against you, but I must remove the ways you falsely self-identify so that you can build your house on me.
I also will choose harsh treatment for them and bring their fears upon them, because when I called, no one answered, when I spoke, they did not listen; but they did what was evil in my eyes and chose that in which I did not delight.”
Isaiah 66:4
I will restore you but first you must learn the gentleness necessary to become healthy stewards of my flock. Church, renew your vows and remember your identity!
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
Matthew 5:14
Root out the envy, division, and bitter roots of the flesh that are still in you.
You are still not ready, 3for you are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and dissension among you, are you not worldly? Are you not walking in the way of man? 4For when one of you says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere men?
1 Corinthians 2:3-4
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; 20idolatry and sorcery; hatred, discord, jealousy, and rage; rivalries, divisions, factions, 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Galatians 5:19-20
If you receive my correction, I will show you a better way.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
Lay down your striving for influence, for power, control, money, or dominance. Lay down your false identity and false self-definitions. I have come to give my Kingdom to the weak, and I make a place for the vulnerable.
“God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
Matthew 5:3
Blessed are the meek,
Matthew 5:5
for they will inherit the earth.
Learn meekness and repent of your former works so that when the day of testing comes, you can stand.”
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Ephesians 6:13
Prayer
Lord, give us all eyes and ears to receive your invitation to meekness.
May Heaven speak well of our willingness to love and serve one another in diversity.
May we serve one another as unto the Lord, and glorify Jesus.
In the coming months and years, may we experience the weight of your glory because we have build on the right foundation.
Do not just give us strategy, but pour out your grace for character change and development.
We know that just as we were saved by grace in the beginning, none of these things are possible without your explicit help.
We choose to rely on your instead of our own strength. In the next few weeks and months, reveal to us any ways that we have grieved your Holy Spirit by clinging to offense, rejecting others’ differences, or feeding other roots of bitterness. In your gentleness, gut us to restore us.
Instead of focusing on self, Make us worshippers.
I will sing a new song to you, my God;
Psalm 144:9-10
on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you,
10 to the One who gives victory to kings,
who delivers his servant David.
Do a finished work in us so that we would shock the world by your beautiful solidarity in us. Make us like well-crafted furniture carved to adorn the King’s palace.
Then our sons in their youth
Psalm 144:12-15
will be like well-nurtured plants,
and our daughters will be like pillars
carved to adorn a palace.
13 Our barns will be filled
with every kind of provision.
Our sheep will increase by thousands,
by tens of thousands in our fields;
14 our oxen will draw heavy loads.[a]
There will be no breaching of walls,
no going into captivity,
no cry of distress in our streets.
15 Blessed is the people of whom this is true;
blessed is the people whose God is the Lord.
